Cubiks was a global talent organisation with huge ambitions and massive potential, but they needed additional marketing expertise to focus on the challenges that accompany a fast growing international businesses. DSMM implemented strategies for the introduction of GDPR regulations in 2018, assisted with a full rebrand alongside their in-house resource, and built an international multi-lingual website while vendor-managing web development & digital marketing agencies. Other activities involved production of animations & videos for social campaigns and live events in addition to development of marketing CRM capabilities for international multi-lingual mass e-mailshots.

Eventually, Cubiks' international growth, development and reputation led to them being purchased by PSI Ltd, one of the world's most successful talent management, executive assessment and psychometric testing organisations. PSI recognised the talent and skills that DSMM had to offer and so retained our services post-acquisition.
